Brooklyn’s best rooms start with a conversation, not a catalog.

Tell us about your room. We’ll tell you the floor. Most showrooms sell you a brand. We start with your room.

Modern Wood Flooring supplies wood and luxury vinyl floors from manufacturers including MSI Surfaces, Ferma Flooring, Durato, Terra Legno and Montserrat Floor, alongside the brands shown in our directory. We do not make the floors; we know them, and we help you choose between them.

Homeowners, property managers, designers and contractors call us for the same reason: a straight answer about which material suits the room, the subfloor and the budget, and what it will take to install and maintain.

Our work is described on the residential, commercial and property owner pages. Trade customers can request samples or a project quote.
