Floating
Ideal for rooms with concrete subfloors. Use underlayment designed for LVT, leave a 1/4 inch expansion gap, and ensure room dimensions do not exceed 30 feet in any direction.
Glue Down
Best for high-moisture areas. Use a pressure-sensitive adhesive, a V-notch trowel, and allow 24 hours for curing. Moisture barriers are recommended if subfloor moisture is a concern.
Nail Down
Not recommended for vinyl flooring due to its flexible nature.
